Ingredients for 4 servings


  • Remains from puchero
  • Two handfuls of rice
  • A few leaves of hierbahuerto (also called hierbabuena or menta spicata, a soft variety of mint)

Steps


  1. Remove tomatoes but get the juice from them. Slightly break the pieces of meat with your hands.
  2. Take to a simmer, add rice and count 20'
  3. Serve with a couple leaves of hierbahuerto
