Ingredients for 3 servings


  • 350g chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Small beer can
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Flour
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Bay leaf
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Steps


  1. To make the chicken more tender, add salt and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Brown the chicken with a bit of oil, set aside.
  3. Add the rest of the oil, cook the onion until transparent, then add carrots, pepper, garlic, pinch of salt leave for 10 min.
  4. Add the chicken back inside together with the beer, a pinch of thyme, rosemary, bay leaf and pepper.
  5. On a pan cook on medium 1 tbsp of flour, mixing until it changes color, then merge into the pot.
  6. Cook on a simmer for about 0.5-1h, until it reduces well. Correct for salt.
